Things we do not offer.

Grandkid On Call is a defined task service—not a home-care, housekeeping, transportation, medical, or emergency service. These boundaries protect the customer, the helper, and the home.

Friendly conversation is naturally part of a respectful visit, but we do not book visits whose purpose is companionship or supervision.

Not part of our service

  • Cleaning, recurring housekeeping, laundry, dishes, or meal preparation
  • Shopping, errands, companion-only visits, or ongoing supervision
  • Bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding, transfers, or walking assistance
  • Medication reminders, health monitoring, medical care, or emergency response
  • Driving clients or providing transportation
  • Banking, bill payment, financial transactions, or keeping passwords
  • Electrical, plumbing, gas, structural, or other licensed trade work
  • Roof work, tall ladders, heavy lifting, tree work, or power-equipment jobs
What if my task is not listed?

Send us a description before scheduling. We will confirm whether it is a safe fit. We may decline any task outside our defined scope or recommend an appropriate licensed professional.
